Learned ASC for the State has drawn attention of this Court to the Status Report filed wherein the details of what has been transpired in the proceedings as of now have been elaborated in detail. 2.

He, while handing over the copies of the orders dated 04.05.2026, 29.04.2026 and 30.04.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court, by virtue whereof mother-in-law of the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and interim protection was granted to the husband and father-in-law of the petitioner till the next date of hearing respectively, submits that nothing remains in the present petition. The said orders are taken on record. 3.

There is no dispute qua the same by learned counsel for the petitioner, who, shall initiate appropriate steps in accordance with law. However, insofar as the prayer (c) regarding the police protection is concerned, the petitioner shall be free to get in touch with either the SHO (+91 87508-70624), or the SI Priyanka (+91 94905-94907), PS: Madhu Vihar, Delhi, if, as and when the need so arises. Needless to say, they shall also take all possible steps to provide adequate assistance and protection, as and when needed to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner for initiating appropriate steps in accordance with law, if, as and when required.
