This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order on charge dated 02.03.2022 and framing of charge dated 05.03.2022 whereby learned Special Judge was pleased to frame charge against the Petitioner for offence punishable under Section 7A of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition.
