1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2020 to the Corporation has not been responded to as yet.

3. The Corporation shall treat this Writ Petition as the petitioner's representation. In effect, the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2020 and this petition shall be considered by the Corporation. After according due hearing to the petitioner, a decision on the same shall be taken within four weeks from today and it shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. In its final order the Corporations shall give the petitioner two weeks' time to cure the defects in the property apropos encroachments and/or unlawful extension on public land, as may be, failing which the Corporation would be free to take action as per law.

5. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
