Para 6 of the order dated 2nd June, 2016 be read as under: "6.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn however subject to the appellant and the aforesaid persons complying with their undertaking, the respondent to not execute the decree for possession and for recovery of mesne profits till 31st May, 2017. If there is default in performing any of the terms and conditions aforesaid, the respondent, besides initiating proceedings for contempt for breach of undertaking given to the Court, shall also be entitled to execute the decree."
