Learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) with regard to any order passed by the DRT. 3.

It goes without saying that the concerned DRAT shall consider the case of the petitioner and, thereafter, pass orders in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present petition, along with pending applications, if any, is dismissed as withdrawn.
