Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in view of the recent judgment dated 22nd June, 2020of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(CRL) 824/2020, titled as Aqil Hussain v. State of NCT of Delhi, holding that NIA Act would not be applicable to the present case as it was not investigated by the agency under NIA Act. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies before Single Bench in accordance with law. 3.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications are also disposed of.
