The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release the accused on furlough for a period of three weeks.

Mr Mehra, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent states that the present petition is infructuous as the petitioner has already been granted furlough.
