CM APPL.24305/2024 (filed on behalf of petitioners for correction of clerical mistake in order dated 15.04.2024) 1.

This is an application seeking corrections of certain typographical errors in the order dated 15.04.2024.

With the consent of the parties, it is directed that reference to MCD in para nos.7 and 8 of the order dated 15.04.2024 shall be read as NDMC instead of MCD. Further, in para-10, reference to "learned counsel for the respondent/MCD"

shall be read as "learned counsel for the respondent/NDMC".

With the aforesaid clarification/ modification, the present application stands disposed of.
