A Writ Petition under Section 226 and 227 Constitution of India has been filed for directing proper investigations in FIR No.0154/2021 under Section 448/380 IPC.

Learned ASC for State submits that the Chargesheet already stands filed in this matter. No further directions are warranted in the given FIR. 3.

The second prayer made by the Petitioner is that Respondent No.2 be directed to take immediate action on the Application under Section 145 Cr.P.C to restore the possession of the Petitioner who has been wrongfully dispossess and to recover/seize the belonging of the Petitioner which had been wrongfully taken by the accused/landlord/owners of the tenanted Flat. 4.

been cooperating or appearing before the SDM. 5.

In so far as the direction to the SDM are concerned, it is an independent Executive Body who is expected to expeditiously dispose of the proceedings especially under the provisions of Cr.P.C. It is expected that the SDM would conclude the proceedings in the next six months, subject to the Petitioner appearing and cooperating before the Respondent No.3. 6.
