At the outset, Mr.Rakesh Khanna, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, wherein the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the E-tender, issued by respondent No.2/Directorate General of Quality Assurance and respondent No.3/Directorate General of Supply and Transport for procurement of imported lubricant items for the year 2020-2021. Further, the petitioner has prayed that a departmental enquiry be conducted for checking the quality of the product that is proposed to be supplied by the respondent No.4/Indian Oil Corporation.
