CM APPL No. 16900/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

RC.REV. 220/2019 & CM APPL No.16899/2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is not inclined to challenge the petition on merits provided two year time to vacate the premises is given. After some discussions, it is agreed the petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 31.3.2021 subject to paying an amount of Rs.7,000/- per month as user charges w.e.f. 05.4.2019 till the vacation of the premises. The user/occupation charges for the month of April, 2019 shall be paid by 25.4.2019 or shall be deposited in the savings bank account, details whereof be provided to the petitioner within a week from today. Future user/occupation charges shall be paid on or before 7th day of each calendar month. Water and electricity charges shall be paid as per

actuals. Any default in the above terms shall entail the eviction forthwith.

Usual undertaking shall be filed with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent within two weeks from today. The petition and pending applications stands disposed of. Order dasti.
