The petitioner appearing in person who is also an Advocate has filed this Public Interest Litigation with the following prayers:- "1. To issue a direction to respondents to convert the banquet halls and community centers into isolation wards or temporary hospitals so as to arrange a minimum of 1,00,000 (One Lakh) beds for treating corona virus infected patients in Delhi;

2. Pass any other Order(s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case." W.P.(C) 3537/2020

Having heard arguments of the counsel, and upon our raising specific queries to the petitioner in person, now he is seeking permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission as prayed for is granted and this petition is permitted to be withdrawn with no order as to costs.
