It is submitted by ld. counsels for the parties that the Debt Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter, "DRT") is now seized of the disputes as of 18th June, 2020 and the same has now been listed on 26th June, 2020. Since the present writ petition was filed due to the fact that the DRT was not functioning, now that the DRT is seized of the dispute, no further orders are called for in this petition.
