CRL.M.C. 2255/2025 3.

The present petition under Section 483 (3) of the BNSS (Section 439

(2) Cr.P.C). read with Section 528 of the BNSS read with (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "i. Recall the order dated 25.11.2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in Bail Appl. No. 3696/2024;

ii. Cancel the bail granted to the respondent no. 2 in pursuance of the order dated 25.11.2024, in Case FIR No. 53/2019, registered under Sections 365/302/2-1/120B/34 IPC at P.S BHD Nagar and now pending trial in the Court of Ms. Vandana Jain, ASJ-03, South-West, Dwarka Courts Complex, New Delhi, and the respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to surrender before the jail authorities; and iii.
