Counsel for MCD states that, as per the previous status report filed in September 2023 and May 2023, demolition action has been taken and details have been narrated therein.

Recently, property has been sealed, but demolition action has been held up because of lack of Police force.

The SHO of Pochanpur, Dwarka, is directed to provide requisite police force, in order that orders can be complied with and the demolition process is complete.

The Court has perused the previous two status reports and finds that substantial demolition action has been taken.
