This is an application filed under Section 582 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner seeking to quash FIR No. 106/2024 dated 30.01.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Moti Nagar.
