O R D E R

% 20.04.2018 Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has invoked the Arbitration Agreement between the parties and the parties are in the process of appointing an Arbitral Tribunal. He submits that such Arbitral Tribunal may consider the question of continuance/vacation/variation/modification of this order upon its constitution.

In view of the same, the Interim Order dated 24th January, 2018 shall continue till the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal and shall be subject to further orders to be passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on an appropriate application being made by either party before such Tribunal.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
