% 03.08.2017 CM. No. 27737/2017 (impleadment) This application has come to be filed by the applicant Ravi Solanki for being impleaded in the instant proceedings. According to the applicant, he has entered into an agreement to purchase/sell dated 30.07.2013 with the petitioner and has paid substantial amount for the purchase of the property, subject matter of the petition. The application is dismissed as misconceived in the instant proceedings, inasmuch as, writ petition was disposed off on 30.03.2017 and in the event, an agreement is arrived at between the applicant and the petitioner in relation to the property in question, any dispute in relation to the agreement, would invite an independent action(s).

Dismissed.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that the DDA has since now taken the requisite steps for the execution of the conveyance deed and therefore, nothing survives, matter stands disposed off accordingly.
