% 19.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh application. He further submits that the Trial Court be directed to pass appropriate order on charge and the trial be expedited.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the matter as soon as possible. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Trial Court for necessary compliance.
