By these applications, the petitioners/tenants seek permission to withdraw these revision petitions on the ground that the parties have compromised the dispute and possession of the subject premises stands restored to the respondent/landlord. It is further submitted by both sides that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in terms of the said compromise, the present respondent/landlord has paid money to the petitioners/tenants towards refund of security and the other charges/taxes paid by the petitioners/tenants. The applications are accompanied with copies of settlement deeds. Learned counsel for respondent/landlord affirms the submission.

The applications are allowed and accordingly both revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
