The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking exercise of supervisory jurisdiction over the learned Recovery Officer, DRT-I, New Delhi, in Recovery Certificate No. 66 of 2019, arising out of O.A. No. 178 of 2019, and for setting aside of the impugned Order dated 20.02.2026 on the ground that the same has been passed without jurisdiction.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the DRT concerned for seeking appropriate reliefs.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
