O R D E R

% 19.06.2020 The status report has been submitted on behalf of the State. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that two persons have been injured in the matter and have sustained grievous injuries, the bail application is thus vehemently opposed on behalf of the State.

A perusal of the Status report that has been submitted dated 19.6.2020 indicates that apart from the present case there is no other previous involvement of the applicant was found on record. It is further submitted on behalf of the State that the presence of the applicant at the spot with the other co-accused persons is an indication of the participation of the applicant with the alleged commission of offence.

On a consideration of the rival submissions taking into account that apart from the alleged pesence of the applicant qua the overt act and submissions of the State that the applicant does not have any adverse antecedents, the applicant in the interest of justice, in the event of his arrest

is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with directions that he shall not make any contact with the complainant and the prosecution witnesses, shall report telephonically to the SHO PS Vasant Kunj, on every 15th day during the period that he is on anticipatory bail and shall keep his mobile on at all times and drop a pin on the Google map to ensure that his location is available and shall also join the investigation of the case as and when required and the information be sent to all the airports of country and the FRRO that the applicant shall not be allowed to leave the country.

The application is disposed of.
