% 19.06.2020 The status report dated 18.6.2020 has been submitted on behalf of the State which verifies the factum of the surgery of the wife having been scheduled for the date 22.6.2020 in as much as she has developed fever. In view thereof, in the interest of justice, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 9.6.2020 in Bail Appln. No. 1113/2020 is extended till the date 30.6.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 9.6.2020 and the applicant shall surrender on 30.6.2020 before the Supreintendent,Delhi.

The application stands disposed of.
