The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No.271/2016, registered under Sections 302/307 IPC at Police Station Pandav Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 63 years and is in judicial custody since 31.05.2016. She also submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case and is covered by the criteria laid in the Minutes of the High Powered Committee dated 18.05.2020. She further submits that the co-accused, namely, Abdul Ehsan @ Kallu has already been released on interim bail by the Trial Court. A copy of the order dated 15.06.2020 passed by the Trial Court, granting interim bail to the said coaccused has been transmitted through e-mail and the same is taken on record. By the said order, the co-accused has been granted interim bail for a period of 45 days.

Ms.Radhika Kolluru, learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner
is not involved in any other case.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty M.M. subject to the following further conditions:- (i) The petitioner will inform to the IO of his mobile number (M-7217641893), which he undertakes to keep operational at all times during the period of his release on interim bail.
(ii) During the period of his release on interim bail, the petitioner shall report to the IO, Insp. D.K.Tejwan on every Monday and Friday on his mobile number (M-8750870689).
(iii) The petitioner will not leave NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.
(iv) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witness and shall not try to tamper with the prosecution evidence.
(v) At the expiry of the interim bail period, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.
