Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-Association challenging the validity of the tender dated 02nd February, 2024 as the proposed map of the parking area in the tender is in violation of the reports of the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority ('EPCA'). 2.

Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD'), who appears on advance notice, states that the proposed parking area has been reduced and the area now proposed to be licensed is in accordance with the EPCA reports. He further states that the license fee for the parking area will be reduced on pro-rata basis.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing further survives in the present writ petition.
