This application is moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 28.08.2024. The same is allowed.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present on advance notice. It appears that inadvertently in the order dated 28.08.2024, it is recorded that the „present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn‟ instead of the „writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn‟. 5.

Accordingly, the paragraph 2 of the aforesaid order is modified to read as under:- "In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn."
