% 21.05.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass:- a) A direction, order or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent to sanction the electricity connection of 2 KW for domestic purpose at 2nd Floor, Kh. No. 28/6, Gali No.
10, Sangam Vihar, Village - Jharoda Majra, Burari, Delhi - 110084 in the name of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice and;
b) Award the costs of present proceedings in favour of Petitioner and against the Respondent and;
c) Any other or further order which this
Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice."
Mr. Manish Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, respondent is ready and willing to grant electricity connection to the petitioner subject to the petitioner completing all the commercial formalities. Mr. Ujjwal Kr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, petitioner shall complete all the commercial formalities within a week. If that be so, electricity connection shall be given to the property of the petitioner within a week thereafter.
With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. CM. No. 17021/2019 (for Stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
