The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "i. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to forthwith issue the IPC license card to the Petitioner for 2024;
ii. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for and set aside the decision of the Respondents Nos. 1 to 3 denying the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner from participating in Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games held in October 2023 as being illegal and arbitrary;

This Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondents to treat the Writ Petition as a representation for grant of IPC License card to the Petitioner.

The Respondents are directed to take a decision on the grant of license within four weeks from today.
