This application has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking withdrawal of the RFA 318/2019 in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The mediation settlement dated 10th December, 2025 has been filed along with the application.

In view of the order passed above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
