This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeking inter alia the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, to set aside the letter dated 27.03.2024 issued by respondent No.1. (b) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 not to register any document qua the property in question."

On a query by this Court that the present petition involves disputed questions of fact which are in any case are subject matter of a suit before the competent court of civil jurisdiction. Mr. Diwan, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. may be granted to the petitioner to approach the civil court. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate petition before the competent court of civil jurisdiction within two weeks from today. 4.
In the meanwhile, no precipitative action to the letter dated 27.03.2024 be taken for the next two weeks commencing today. 5.
The interim order is limited only till two weeks from today and not beyond.
