This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to forthwith declare the May-June 2025 Semester VI results of the Petitioner without any further delay, so as to enable the Petitioner to pursue further academic and professional opportunities without prejudice;

the Respondents to conduct the LB-601 Theory Examination in the forthcoming examination cycle, May-June 2026;..." 2.
Mr. Rupal, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 appears on advance notice and states that as per his instructions, the result of the petitioner has been declared for the 6th semester (Academic Session 2024-2025) and in case the same is not declared, it shall be declared expeditiously and not later than 1 week from today.
