CM APPL. No.12703/2020 (Exemption) The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant seeking LPA 156/2020 Page 1 of 1

exemption from filing duly attested affidavits in support of the accompanying application, as well as, appeal. For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the present prevailing situation, the same is allowed. The applicant/appellant is allowed to file the duly signed and attested affidavits within a period of one week from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. With the above directions the present application is disposed of. LPA 156/2020 After some arguments, Mr. Vishal Raj Sehijpal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to institute an appropriate proceeding, if any, in accordance with law before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. Leave and liberty granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be uploaded on the website of this Court forthwith.
