The present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the facts and circumstances, as stated hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to: a.Set aside the Impugned order No.F.4/SCJ-4/AS/CT/2022/1007 dated 14.09.2022 passed by the Respondent, whereby, the petitioner was denied the benefit of furlough.

b.Pass an appropriate order releasing the applicant on three weeks of furlough.

c.Pass such other order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh application seeking furlough before the competent authority.
