This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of six months. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties, arbitral proceedings were initiated before the Sole Arbitrator who was appointed on 19.07.2023 upon reference from MSEFC under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. It is stated in the petition that proceedings are at the stage Respondents' evidence and mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 25.11.2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, save and except, that the Arbitrator is passing O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 300/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. interlocutory orders which are not in consonance with law and therefore, liberty be granted to assail the orders.

With the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months from 30.07.2025 and the period between 26.11.2024 to 29.07.2025 is regularized. Needless to state in case the Respondents are aggrieved by any order(s) passed by the Arbitrator, they may take recourse to appropriate legal remedies.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
