The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to resume the outgoing and incoming call services on the mobile number of the Petitioner, which was suspended by the order of Respondent No. 5 based on complaint no. 33111230156654 dated 12.01.2023. 2.

Learned Government Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 states that Respondents have no objection to the prayer being granted in view of the submissions made at paragraph 8 of the reply filed by Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, which reads as under: - "8. no. 9910357773 is not involved in fraud, thus, the Superintendent of Police, Raebareli vide letter dated 08.04.2024 directed the LSA Head to reactivate the mobile number 9910357773 mentioned in the letter dated 23.03.2024. ..."

Learned senior counsel for the Petitioner states that this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 had restored the services on the mobile number as an interim measure. He states that the said order may be confirmed and allowed in absolute terms.

In view of the submissions noted hereinabove, the prayer clause (a) in the petition is allowed and Respondent No. 1 is directed to permanently restore services on mobile number of the Petitioner. 5.

In view of the submissions made by Respondent nos. 3 to 5, the impugned direction issued by Respondent No. 5 to Respondent No. 1 is deemed to have been withdrawn. Respondent no. 1 is thus not liable to act upon the said direction of Respondent no. 5 any further. 6.

In view of the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any stands disposed of. 7.
