Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the recovery order dated 08.04.2026, whereby recovery of a sum of Rs.6,21,226/- has been directed on account of erroneous pay fixation. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that only two days‟ time was granted to him to submit his reply, pursuant to which the impugned order came to be passed. It is further submitted that subsequent to the passing of the recovery order, the Petitioner has submitted a representation, which is also pending consideration. 3.

disposed of while directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the Petitioner‟s representation by a speaking order after granting him opportunity of hearing. Till then further recovery from the Petitioner‟s salary shall not be made.
