Learned counsel for respondent No.3 assures that there would not be any non-compliance of the specific directions given by this Court in order dated 23.07.2018 passed in MAC. APP.62/2012. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 reiterates that as per the above said directions, whenever petitioner wants to take any medical treatment from any panel hospital, having a cashless facility, it will be ensured that whatever medical expenses are incurred by him, would be directly paid by respondent/insurer and petitioner would not be required to make any payment to any such hospital. He further submits that a list of panel hospitals has already been supplied to petitioner and the only request to petitioner is to take treatment from such panel hospitals, who have been providing cashless facility. difficulty in having such cashless treatment, he can always contact the designated officer i.e. Sh. Sahil Gupta, Nodal Officer, whose contact details have already been shared with petitioner. 3.
During course of consideration of the matter, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that mobile number of Sh. Sahil Gupta is 9811480408.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above said assurance, petitioner, at the moment, does not press the contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to come to Court again, in case, his grievance is not taken care of.

The contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
