1. This is a petition filed under section 29A of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as additional issue had been framed, the same had consumed some time.

3. Issue notice.

4. Ms. Singh, learned counsel appears for the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

6. The period from 25.03.2025 till today stands regularised.

7. The petition is disposed of.
