CRL.M.A. 11927/2019 (for modification) By way of this application, petitioner seeks modification of order of 10th April, 2019 to the extent that the costs to be deposited with Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust.

The application is allowed, while modifying the order of 10th April, 2019 to the extent that instead of Delhi High Court Lawyers' Welfare Trust, the costs be deposited with Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust within two weeks from today.
