The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent-MCD to take demolition action against the unauthorised construction being raised over property bearing no.A1/54, situated in Freedom Fighter Enclave, Neb Sarai, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi-110068 ('subject property').

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD, on advance notice, submits that a demolition order in respect of the entire construction in the subject property has already been passed on 24th April, 2026. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take action in accordance with law. 4.

The SHO, Police Station Neb Sarai, shall provide necessary police force to MCD for carrying out the demolition action. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

7.

All rights, contentions, and legal remedies of the parties shall remain open.
