In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Nisha Bharti has expressed her will to reside at her parental house in District Nalanda, Bihar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, does not press this habeas corpus petition, any further. Leave granted.

The habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner, Mr. Jane Alam Ansari is, however, directed to return the original documents of Ms. Nisha Bharti to the Investigating Officer Mr. Anwar Khan, Police Station Jaitpur, forthwith. Upon receipt of the said original documents, the IO shall transmit the same to Ms. Nisha Bharti, at her address in District Nalanda, Bihar.
