After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application under Section 156(3) CrPC before the court of competent jurisdiction to seek monitoring of investigation.

As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. In case an application under Section 156(3) CrPC is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided without getting influenced with this order.
