The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioner - Rahul Gupta seeking permission to participate in the survey being conducted by the Town Vending Committee ('TVC') of the New Delhi Municipal Corporation ('NDMC').

The case of the Petitioner is that he is an existing vendor and has been vending opposite Khadi Gram Udyog, Regal Cinema, Connaught Place, New Delhi since the last several years. However, in support thereof, no Vending Certificate has been placed on record by the Petitioner. 5.

belong to the year 2013 to 2025.

Petitioner relies upon the orders passed in W.P.(C) 16261/2023 titled Kamod Yadav v. NDMC & Anr. and W.P.(C) 3443/2025 titled Anil Kumar Gupta v. NDMC & Anr. passed by this Court where similar Petitioners were permitted to participate in the Survey of Street Vendors (hereinafter 'the Survey) which is being undertaken by the Town Vending Committee ('TVC'). 7.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent submits that the only Challan placed is of Gole Market and that too dates back to 12th November, 2013. 8.

Under these circumstances, the only direction that can be passed by this Court is to permit the Petitioner to participate in the survey, once the TVC verifies the veracity of the Petitioner's claims and the documents, if any, which may be furnished to the TVC by the Petitioner. No other orders are called for.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
