The present writ petition has been filed challenging the Attachment Notice dated 26th March, 2025, received by the petitioners, from the respondent, wherein, as per learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, disproportionately exorbitant sum of ₹13,96,20,087/-, for the period upto 31st March, 2025, has been demanded from the petitioners within a period of four days.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied if the copy of the Assessment Order pertaining to the notice dated 28th March, 2011, issued under Section 72 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 ("NDMC Act"), along with the calculations pertaining to the Assessment Order, and the notice of demand dated 13th December, 2024, issued under Section 100(1), are supplied to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that on receipt of the said documents, the petitioners shall be in a position to challenge the Assessment Order, in terms of the provisions of Section 115 and 116 of the NDMC Act.

Responding to the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/NDMC, submits that the aforesaid documents, as demanded by the petitioners, shall be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on the Email, as reflected in the present petition. 5.
Accordingly, let the requisite documents be provided by the respondent/NDMC, to learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on the E-mail, as reflected in the present petition, within a period of one week from today.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the respondent/NDMC shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners, for a period of 30 days, after providing the requisite documents to the petitioners.

Upon receipt of the documents, the petitioners shall file the statutory appeal in terms of the NDMC Act, within a period of 30 days, after the receipt of the documents, as aforesaid.

It is clarified that in case, the statutory appeal is not filed by the petitioners within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the requisite documents from the NDMC, the NDMC shall be at liberty to take action, as per law.
