% 27.07.2020 The status report dated 18.07.2020 along with the copy of the charge sheet has been submitted by the State. The medical report dated 17.07.2020 has also been received from the Central Jail No.16, Mandoli, Delhi to the effect that the applicant is being regularly reviewed by Orthopedic Senior Resident weekly and the medications as advised by the Max Healthcare are being continuously provided. At this stage, in as much as the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court, learned counsel for the applicant without having addressed any arguments now on the matter seeks to withdraw the present bail application seeking liberty to seek redressal by moving a bail application before the learned trial Court. The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty granted as prayed.
