The writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Article 21 and 14 of the Constitution of India has been filed for constitution of Special Investigation Team (hereinafter referred to as 'SIT') monitored by this Court to ensure a fair, professional and impartial investigation. 2.
It is submitted that various atrocities were committed upon the petitioner and the members who were protesting in the farmer's protest and despite complaints being made on behalf of the petitioner, no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence, a prayer is made for directing the respondent for registration of the FIR and to carry out the court monitored investigations appointing an SIT, who may be directed to file a periodic status report.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to approach the learned Trial Court for getting the FIR registered and other remedies available under law.
