At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petitions as the main petition i.e. probate case No. 50321/2016, has already been dismissed by learned Trial Court on 24.07.2024.

Be that as it may, in view of the above statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, both the above said petitions stand disposed of as not pressed.
