% 19.06.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Mr. Biraja Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently, the present petition has been filed on the basis of the unamended Recruitment Rules in which the LDE quota for the post of Senior Assistants has been mentioned as 25%, whereas under the Amended Rules, the LDE quota is 50%. He, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of the Amended Recruitment Rules.

Petition alongwith pending application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty, as aforesaid. JYOTI SINGH, J JUNE 19, 2020 rd
