1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not been receiving any instructions from the petitioners and therefore, for the last many years, is unable to make submissions.

2. In the light of this stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the petitions any further. Even otherwise, having perused the reliefs sought in the writ petitions, we find that the petitioners were aggrieved by their purportedly pre-mature repatriation from Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT), at Bhutan, which period has already expired long ago.
