This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate orders/directions to the learned Trial Court for expeditiously deciding three applications filed under Order XXXIX Rule 2A in Civil Suit No. 82/2024.

Keeping in view the facts that the learned Trial Court is proceeding with the matters in accordance with its own board, after keeping in view the pendency and age of the cases before it. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to issue any direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal or to decide the said applications in a time-bound manner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
